Today is the fifth anniversary of the Bill and Bob series! As such, there is a small announcement that I would like to make:
Sometime in the future, there is going to be a Bill and Bob movie.
Now, don't go getting all super-excited just yet; I am not confirming when it is coming out, or what the plot is, or anything like that at this moment in time. Production hasn't even begun yet; hell, I'm still writing the script! I just wanted to confirm that there is definitely going to be a Bill and Bob movie at some point in the next couple of years, even though I'm going to focus more on the Episodes and Specials for a long while yet(production of the movie probably won't even begin until next summer at the earliest).
So...happy five years, Bill and Bob! I'm sorry that I don't have an anniversary special for you guys, but I've been real busy working on various projects (the movie script being just one of those), and as such I haven't been able to make one in time for this date. Hopefully I'll be able to make and release one before the year's out, though, and I hope this announcement will make things up to you guys a little bit. So...see you on July 25th (which is the last update before I go on holiday for three weeks)!

It's out! The Bill and Bob PC game, Bill and Bob: Bob's Quest, is now out! Head on over to the Games section to find the download link for it! I would also like to note that this will not be the only Bill and Bob game, and that I do have plans to create more Bill and Bob games sometime in the future. For now, however, I would like to focus more on the cartoons. I would also like to apologise for the slight delays in releasing the game (today instead of yesterday), as I had a few problems getting the setup file to work properly. It's working now, though.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy the game, and make sure to check back on July 23rd (the fifth anniversary of the Bill and Bob series!) for an important Bill and Bob-related announcement!

I've also removed the "CD-i Zelda" page from the Other section, as it was quite empty and didn't really add too much to the site. It's here! At long last, it's finally here! Series 3 of Bill and Bob has arrived! To kick-start the series, we've got the third Bill and Bob intro, Intro 3, along with Episode 21 and Episode 22! I've also archived some of the older episodes into the Old Episodes section, and moved some of the older "Other" stuff into the Older Stuff section, so you might want to take a few moments to get yourselves acquainted with those first.
Now, in terms of Series 3, there is something you should know; while these episodes are overall pretty good, they won't be as amazing as some of the newer specials. This is because most of them were made way back in 2008, and since then my animating skills have improved greatly - plus, I've found better tools since then, as well. These episodes are pretty great, but if they don't seem as good in terms of animation quality as the newer episodes, then that's the reason why: I've had more practice since I made these.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy these episodes, and make sure to check back tomorrow for Episode 23!

Today, I've released Issue #20 of Alex's College Type Comics, which is to be the last for a while - you can read more about that on the comic's commentary page. This main page update is just going to be a little notification of what the next few weeks will entail in terms of updates.
Firstly, I will be releasing Series 3 of Bill and Bob from July 10th through to July 19th; much like with Series 2, on the first day I will be releasing a new intro and two episodes, but after that I will release one episode a day until we reach the 19th. After that, I will release the Bill and Bob downloadable videogame, Bob's Quest, in the Games section of the site on the 20th of July.
Following these updates, I will be making an important Bill and Bob related announcement on the 23rd of July (Bill and Bob's fifth anniversary!), before I put the site on hiatus for three weeks starting on July 25th (I will be making an update to the site on that day, too).
So...that's the update schedule for July. I'll tell you about what's happening after the hiatus once it is over, but this is pretty much the set-in-stone schedule for now. And with that...see you on July 10th!

As of today, my exams are all over (for this year, anyway)! This calls for celebration, and not just because I don't have anymore exams for a long, long while; it's because I've also got a few announcements that'll leave you shouting "It's about bloody time!" as well!
This first of these is as follows - after messing you around for several years and screwing about with it, putting it off and off and off, I've finally decided; no matter what, I repeat, no matter what, Bill and Bob: Series 3 will be released next month. You heard right; I have just officially confirmed the third series of Bill and Bob to be released from July 10th 2011 through to July 19th 2011. Episode 28 will be missing (as I have had hell trying to get the stuff I need to make that one; in fact, it's one of the primary reasons that Series 3 was delayed so heavily), but not without good reason. You may still be frustrated at being jipped out of an episode, though, so the next part of the announcement explains how I'm making this up to you.
The second announcement is this - on the tail end of Series 3, to make it up to you for the lack of Episode 28 and the heavy delays for the third series, I will be releasing the completed Bill and Bob: Bob's Quest video game for download on the site. So, I'll state that again - on July 20th 2011, I will be officially releasing Bob's Quest publicly on the site to download.
The last few things to mention are that I've got a few other interesting things here and there that I will refrain from mentioning in this update (just lookit the size of it!), but you can still enjoy the weekly Alex's College Type Comics comics on the sub-site as well (speaking of which, Issue #15 is out today, so you should check that out).

The latest issue of ACTC is out, which you can read about on the ACTC subsite (click newest update to go straight there). Now, onto business; with my May/June college exams on the way, everything (including the comic and Bill and Bob) have taken a back seat to my revision. Therefore, the release date of Bob's Quest is going to be pushed until some time in June/July 2011. Sorry if it seems like I'm making excuses, but I was honestly thinking about getting the game finished and released before my exams before I realised that it wouldn't be possible and would just sap away at precious revision time. So...I guess I'll update the main site when my exams are over I suppose, so until then...sorry for the delay!

Issue #10 of Alex's College Type Comics is out today, but you've probably already guessed that. Today's main page update is two things; firstly, I'm going away to Washington DC starting today and returning on the 17th, so I won't be able to update the comic or site for that time. Secondly, I just wanted to let you know that due to various complications, work on Bill and Bob: Bob's Quest has slowed down. However, once I get back from Washington DC I should have plenty of time to work on the game and will hopefully be able to complete and release it by the end of April 2011. Sorry for the delay again, but this one has been due to something out of my hands this time; the end-of-April deadline seems quite plausible to me, however, and should be very much doable. So until my next update...see ya!

Today, I've added a new page to the site - the "Contact" button, as seen to the left, which can be used to contact me regarding any comments you may have about the website or any of its content. Also, due to some of my College work increasing I haven't been able to work on Bill and Bob: Bob's Quest at all in February; but rest assured, I'll be able to start working on it soon, meaning that there is a very good chance it will be done by March's end, with a release sometime in either late March or early April.
Oh, and I've released the fifth issue of Alex's College Type Comics today as well, but you probably already knew that.

Hurrah! Today marks the release of the first issue of Alex's College Type Comics, along with its very own minisite! Check out the Comics section or click on the Newest Update button to see it; while on the site, click on the "About" button to learn a bit more about the new series. I think the "About" section on the minisite says everything that I wanted to say about the comic, really, so here I'll just say...enjoy Alex's College Type Comics!

Happy New Year! Okay, so today's update is an announcement; on February 1st, I'm going to start releasing the sequel series to Alex's School Type Comics, known as Alex's College Type Comics. More info will be released next Tuesday, when the first issue is released, but what I will tell you is that the comic will be released on a weekly basis (one issue per week). Head over to the Comics section (or click on the Newest Update button) to see a preview poster for the series.
Also, it appears that I have missed the December deadline for Bill and Bob: Bob's Quest. BUT! Before you start lunging at me while wildly swinging baseball bats, let me explain. As I mentioned before, I had a cold around Christmas and New Year's; I also decided, after the new year, to halt all projects until I had finished my January exams. Now that my January exams are out of the way, and I've prepared Alex's College Type Comics for release next week, I can start working on Bill and Bob: Bob's Quest again and hopefully finish the game before the end of February.

Today, I'm releasing the overdue Bill and Bob 4th anniversary special, Krazy Klipshow! I would have released it on Monday, but I didn't actually get it finished until Tuesday. Also, Krazy Klipshow is the longest Bill and Bob special by far, at just over 13 minutes!
The other thing is that, due to me being struck by a cold, I unfortunately won't be able to work on this year's Christmas special until sometime next week; but hopefully, I'll be able to get it out to you before the end of the year!
So...Merry Christmas, everybody!

Just a small update for today; on the Bob's Quest game page, I've added three new screenshots for the game. Progress is coming along nicely, and I should have the game done and ready to release by just after Christmas.
Also, I'm hoping to release two new Bill and Bob specials this month - one will be the Bill and Bob 4th anniversary special, and the other will be the Christmas special. These will be released on the 20th and the 24th of December, respectively; that is, if everything goes to plan! I'm also hoping to release Series 3 in January/Febuary, so them's the updates planned for the year. So until the next update...bye!

Okay, so here's the big announcement - Bill and Bob: Bob's Quest, the first official Bill and Bob video game, along with its respective trailer! I've been working on and off this game for quite a while now (as you'll see on the copyright date of the video), but only recently have I been able to do much work on it - in 2007 I was working on Series 2, in 2008 I was working on Series 3, and in 2009 the site went down and I was on vacation a lot. But now I can continue working on it, so hopefully I'll be able to release Bob's Quest by December of this year. Feel free to whack me around the head with a baseball bat if I miss said December deadline.
Also, if everything goes according to plan, then I may be able to release Series 3 of Bill and Bob sometime in November, as well as an overdue Bill and Bob special. And if everything doesn't go according to plan, well...then I come up with a new plan, of course! Anyways...so until the next update, enjoy the Bill and Bob: Bob's Quest game trailer!

Today's update is just a small one; I've re-organised the Games section slightly, and I've also brought back the wonderful "Newest Update!" button - which will once again allow you to view the latest update to the site straight away, instead of forcing you to trawl through several webpages to find it. I'm also going to be making an important, special Bill and Bob-related update on October 10th, so make sure to check out the site then (it's that "next update will make up for all this" type update I told you about). Happy Birthday, alexpen.net! The third iteration of my website, known as alexpen.net, launched a year ago today. Let's celebrate with a special message: I'm starting college as of today, so updates will be less frequent than usual. Not a joke, guys; sorry. There will still be updates; just less of them for a while. Also, I've removed "The Forum Too" and my blog from the "Other" section, because the former has gone down indefinitely and the latter is never, ever updated. Hey, how 'bout that? Instead of getting stuff this update, you lose it instead! Isn't that great? No? Well, the next update will make up for all this, okay? Good. So until then...um, re-watch some old Bill and Bob cartoons or something.

I've recently finished a game I've been working called "Ghostie's Quest" - which can now be found in the brand-new Games section, along with a demo of one of my other games! I've also fixed "The Making of ASTC #100" and updated the Menu panel as well. And to top it all off, I've got a few big updates coming in the next couple of weeks - so keep your eyes peeled!
Also, the reason why I haven't made and released that new Bill and Bob special yet is because I kinda burned myself out doing three specials in a row last time. But don't worry - it should be coming out with all my other stuff in the next couple of weeks, too. Until then...enjoy the new Games section!

Today, it's been four years since I released the first-ever Bill and Bob cartoon, Episode 1. To celebrate, I've gone ahead and animated the last three Bill and Bob specials I missed due to coursework and the suchlike - Bored Abroad (3rd Anniversary), Voracious Void (Halloween 2009) and Sweet Serenade (Valentine's Day 2010)! And to top it all off, on either the 24th or 25th I'm going to release the fourth anniversary special - don't miss it! Happy four years, Bill and Bob!

Today, I've released the last-ever comic in my long-running series, Alex's School Type Comics. Also, I've removed "The Making of ASTC #100" because the video doesn't seem to be working at the moment. I'll put it back on the site as soon as I get it working.

Here's a surprise update for you lot; all of the stuff from the "Other" subsection of Bill and Bob has returned - by "all", I actually mean what I deemed worthy (the Flash Menu was not representative of my current Flash abilities, and most of the other stuff was either clutter, badly executed, or badly executed clutter). I've also released the brand-new, official Bill and Bob Logo to the top of the page too, so go check it out!
I also forgot to mention yesterday that the Foolish Frolics special was the special I was trying to add to the site when Putfile died, which technically makes it a new Bill and Bob cartoon. So if you haven't seen it already, go watch it! Well, that's all I've got, so until the next update enjoy the entire plethora of existing Bill and Bob cartoons!

After a long period of no updates (which I promptly blame on coursework), I've finally gotten around to updating the website. So, here's the update; the second series of Bill and Bob, in all of it's entirety, is now on the site! And tomorrow, I'm going to be uploading the remaining specials I have yet to upload! In the meantime, though, enjoy the Series 2 in all of it's glory.

Today, I've revived the Bill and Bob section with some of the earlier cartoons (Series 1 and a few specials), and revived the Media section too. It's not much, but it's a start, and soon I'm going to reupload the entire plethora of Bill and Bob cartoons...once I have enough time, that is. I also removed the Affiliates section, because one affiliate was dead and the other was A TRAP! (Seriously, it nearly gave my Computer a Trojan when I last went on it) Anways, this might be the last update until next year, so...Merry Christmas, everybody!

Okay, so not much of an update, but...I've just added a page on the CD-i Zeldas, and although it doesn't have much on it at the moment, it's going to contain a backstory of them - and also mention why, for the most part, these are lost treasures...anyway, you can find the page by heading over to the "Other" section, or by clicking here [LINK REMOVED]. I've also added a link to my deviantart account, since...well, I forgot to last time.

Haldo, and welcome to the new website! At the moment we only have a simplistic layout and (most of) the old content, but it's better than nothing, right? And the reason why there's no videos yet? Well...I'm still trying to figure out how to get them onto the site, so you'll have to make do without for a while, okay?
